6. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 20 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Process:

    1. Initiate a return request online through your account.

    2. Pack the item securely and ship it to us.

    3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund.

  • Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

                                 Some items, such as personalized products, are final sale and not eligible for return. 

  • • Refunds should be processed within 5-7 business days of an approved return and it will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.

• Refunds will be processed as per the original payment method within the stipulated time.
